Mike had the idea for 2 years but it was beyond the scope of his resources. On vacation with Maverick Business Adventures, Mike Filsaime met Mike Cline and they create a partnership to develop the “Game Changer” in shopping carts. We expect to be the leader as the choice solution for Internet Marketers.

This was an idea that Tom Beal came up with for a quality membership site while Tom was VP of marketing (and still is) for MikeFilsaime.com, Inc. The brand was moved to a new company where it could focus on new front end sources as well as create new front end brands.
UpsellNetwork LLC
This is a brand that will hold a new company called UpsellNetwork.com – Brian Koz and Mike met at an offline event. Brian and Mike Filsaime decided to throw some ideas together for new projects. This one started as an idea from Brian. Mike felt originally it would be a conflict of interest with some of his other projects. But Mike had learned of a new API from PayPal and when Brian persisted on the idea, Mike sweetened it up with the PayPal API. This site is expected to be one of the leading sites for marketers in our industry. Mike is happy to this day that Brian persisted on the vision of this idea. It almost slipped through the cracks. But meeting face to face was the key when Brian flew out to New York with his 2 leading programmers. Mike had a lot of experience with a network with PayDotCom that made this the right project for the right people.
Protech Marketing LLC
This is a new company that will host future projects with Mike Filsaime and Brian Koz. Traffic-Zombie.com will be the first one of these launching in June of 2010. Later TrafficDoorway.com will follow at some point in 2010.
Abundance Learning LLC
This is a strategic partnership created by Mike Filsaime and others along with Prosper Inc. to provide executive-level coaching for individuals. The Companies mission is to provide our students with the education and hands-on experiences they need to achieve their personal and professional goals. This partnership was created to allow an integrated solution for smaller marketers to have easy access to call centers. Many call centers will only deal with marketers with a large and steady lead flow. We have create a solution to provide a long-tail “pool” to allow the smaller guys the power to deal as a large group and create quality back end solutions for their business. Services that will allow others to participate and “opt-in” will be users of PayDotCom.com, UpsellNetwork.com, and Licensed Resellers of MDC Monthly.
12 Cylinder Marketing LLC
A name inspired from the days of Mike being in the Automobile Business. Mike’s in house developer Rick Mataka was developing PayPeopleOnline.com for Mike and pitch and idea to Mike for an Itunes style marketplace for marketers. Mike did not like the idea and did not like the fact of micro payments and having to build a marketplace. Mike change the idea with a fresh spin and funded the project. The result is SlingItApp.com that will go live in the Summer of 2010. Internet Marketers will be allowed to deliver their digital content to their buyers for free on the iPhone and soon other platforms.
Other Successful Ventures
LaunchTree.com – Partner Anik Singal – Over $2 Million in Revenue from a 2 Week Launch. This project did business under Anik’s company Lurn, Inc as a 50/50 joint venture partnership. The course focused on maximizing transactions per sale. The course was done by Mike and Anik listing over 100 bullet points and getting on the phone with his team and we went over every bullet point verbally. The information was professionally complied by his team into a learning module style course. Post edit production was done by Anik’s team as well as introduction to the modules. The content was created 50/50 and based on the first hand information Mike had used in his prior launches and consulting that he had given other marketers including Anik for Anik’s hugely successful relaunch of PPC Classroom. After the success of his relaunch, Anik was so excited he called Mike and said “Mike, you have to teach this information you shared with me.”
Launch Tree critics heralded it as one of the best courses to ever come out of Internet Marketing. Many changes in Mastercard / Visa have changed to make some of the information out of date for their TOS. Things like Risk Free Trials or Continuity. Therefor some of the information will have to be updated in order for there to be a relaunch for it to open. At this time there are no plans for this.
We are also in the process of creating an association for Internet Marketers. This association will allow members to get group discount and affordable rates for things like Health Care (Individual and Family), Bookkeeping, Tax Preparation, and more. Stay tuned for more information.
